Hi, I am Dr. Diane - a mom, wife, and successful career pivot strategist. Through several purposeful moves, I was able to successfully grow my career in healthcare with impactful global reach. But 20 years ago I was exactly where you are at. I needed a new professional challenge and desired to make an impact in the lives of people, within my field, on a much larger scale. It was scary transitioning from the known into the unknown, but I learned incredibly valuable things along the way; such as how to grow my profile through targeted training and strategic exposures, as well as how to establish and nurture a strong professional network, all of which helped me to easily pivot into new spaces in line with my career goals. As I grew, I was able to intentionally apply my transferrable skills to progressive roles within the healthcare field. And I am excited to share these nuggets with you!
